Annotation

The author reveals the problem of life security of citizens, who live in rural area, in conditions of the world financial and economic crisis. The article points out the need to solve the problem of villagers’ employment. To tackle the mentioned social task, the author examines the adoption of regional task programs as well as State program of farming development in the Russian Federation and other measures.
