Article policy

21. Manuscripts (scientific articles, reviews, comments and surveys) that are relevant to the purpose and topics of the journal, have not been previously published and are of scientific and practical interest to readers are accepted for publication in "Business, Management and Law" journal.
22. Manuscripts are accepted for publication in the journal "Business, Management and Law" both from professional lawyers (scientists and practitioners), politicians, representatives of state authorities, business and public, and from young researchers, graduate students. The journal does not refuse to publish authors on the grounds of national, racial or gender affiliation, political beliefs or religion. The Journal accepts articles not only from Russian authors, but also from foreign scientists, including those from developing countries.
23. Manuscripts are accepted by e-mail: bmpjournal@gmail.com.
24. Submitted materials should be written at a proper professional level and be designed in accordance with the requirements for the design of articles (Appendix No. 1) and posted on the website: http://bmpravo.usla.ru.
25. Submitted materials are checked in Anti-plagiarism system. In case, if the article or its essential part was earlier published by the author, this article is not accepted for consideration and returns to the author. Insufficient percentage of originality (uniqueness) of the text (as a rule, 80% or less) or the presence in the text of incorrect borrowings may serve as a basis for refusal of publication.
26. The articles of graduate students must be accompanied by the REFERENCE of the supervisor (scanned copy). Such a review does not cancel the internal review, which is mandatory.
27. The Editorial Board has the right to reject articles that are designed in violation of the requirements established by these rules and their annexes.
28. The Editorial Board organizes internal reviewing of all manuscripts sent for publication.
29. Reviewing is performed by a reviewer from among the members of the editorial board of the Journal on behalf of the Editor-in-Chief.
30. A reviewer is appointed from among the persons who are recognized specialists in the field of knowledge (scientific specialty) corresponding to the subject of the article and who have publications on the subject of the reviewed article within the last 3 years. If there is no member of the editorial board who supervises a certain direction / scientific discipline; a member of the editorial board refuses to prepare a review; the editorial board does not agree with the opinion expressed in the review of a member of the editorial board; an article is received from a member of the editorial board, at the next meeting of the editorial board a decision is made to request a scientist with scientific works in the field declared in the article to be reviewed during the last 3 years. On behalf of the editorial board, a letter requesting reviewing is sent to such a scientist. The manuscript is attached to the letter.
31. The review notes the relevance of the reviewed material, its scientific novelty and significance, advantages and disadvantages, compliance with the established requirements, including design, and contains a proposal to publish or reject this material.
32. All reviews are considered by the editorial board, which recommends the material for publication or rejects it based on the reviewers' suggestions.
33. The author(s) of the material are informed about the results of the review and the decision of the editorial board by sending a letter to the e-mail indicated in the manuscript.
34. In the case of a negative review and a negative decision of the editorial board, the author has the right to refine the material, eliminating the identified comments, and submit it for consideration again.
35. In case the manuscript is approved for publication, the author (authors) should send to the editorial board an offer in the form approved by the editorial board, thereby confirming the alienation of the exclusive rights to the work submitted for publication to the editorial board.
36. 16. The editorial board keeps the reviews for 5 years. Copies of the reviews may be provided to the author(s) of submitted materials upon written request as well as to the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation upon request.
37. The specific number of the journal in which the corresponding material will be published is determined by the editors based on the order of submission of manuscripts and taking into account the periodicity of the journal. Relevant information shall be provided to the author(s) upon their request.
38. Before publication, the material is subject to stylistic processing and proofreading without changing the meaning and main content of the material. The material may be shortened at the editorial board's discretion. 19.
39. The author must sign a contract with the publisher prior to the publication of the respective issue.
40. The editorial board has the right at its own discretion to place the published materials on the journal website, on the elibrary.ru platform, as well as on other platforms on the Internet containing scientific information, while preserving the author (s).
41. The editorial board does not pay royalties to the authors of the articles.
